By downloading, installing, or using MK Tournament Hub ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
CSR with MK grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for organizing and managing cricket tournaments and related activities. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer for commercial purposes, or redistribute the App itself.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter into the App (player details, schedules, results, and similar content), and for keeping your own backup copies using the App's Export feature. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with fair play and good sportsmanship.
The App's design, source code, and branding are the property of CSR with MK. Any content you personally enter into the App (player names, schedules, notes, etc.) remains yours; we make no claim of ownership over it.
This App includes anti-tampering and device-integrity checks. We reserve the right to restrict or limit functionality on devices that are rooted, emulated, or running a modified copy of the App, in order to protect the integrity of the service and other users.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate for every tournament format or scenario.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSR with MK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, disputes between tournament participants, or scheduling errors. Since all data is stored only on your own device, you are strongly encouraged to keep your own backups.
We may discontinue, modify, or stop supporting the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
